White Label Option for all of our WordPress Themes

White Label Option

Since March 2023, all of our WordPress Themes are packed with the “white-label” option. Along with the unlimited domains license that comes with All Themes Package membership, this option turns your projects into a business model. Now agencies and freelancers who work on client projects can hide confidential information about their account and license by flagging a license as White Labeled:

Control which clients receive updates

With the new URL whitelisting capability, customers can also control the URLs that can activate their license or continue receiving updates. If you get recurring payments from your customers, this is a great feature to prevent their website maintenance according to their payment status.

How to enable the White Label Option

You have 2 ways:

  • right from the WordPress Dashboard, in Theme Setup/Account submenu, or
  • from your Buyer Account. Simply login with the e-mail used on purchase, click on Licenses, select a license and a new tab will open. Check the box “This license is activated on my client(s) site(s).”.

How to revert and disable the White Label Option

You might want to temporarily or permanently disable the option. If so, visit your Buyer Account and uncheck the box “This license is activated on my client(s) site(s).”

Note that it can take up to 24 hours until the update will be propagated to the websites using the license. To expedite it, you must sync it on your WordPress website. Access a link similar to this: http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mediumish-account . Replace http://mywebsite.com/ with your real website and mediumish with the real name of your theme.

Once you see this note, click on “Sync”.

That’s it! You should now be able to see the Theme Setup/Account menu in your Dashboard again.

If you get the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”, it means your theme license is missing so make sure you activate it following a similar url: http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mediumish . Again, don’t forget to replace the website link and the theme name with your real ones.
