License and Usage Rights
Single License ($49)
When you purchase a Single License, you receive:

- • 6 months of customer support
- • Continuous theme updates, as long as the theme is maintained
- • Right to modify the theme for your specific needs
- • Commercial use rights for your website
Extended License ($199)
When you purchase an Extended License, you receive:
- • Use of the theme on unlimited websites you own
- • 12 months of customer support
- • 12 months of theme updates
- • Right to create client websites using the theme
- • Advanced customization rights
- • Priority support response
Important License Restrictions
Regardless of license type, you may NOT:
- • Resell, redistribute, or share the theme files
- • Create derivative themes for sale or distribution
- • Remove or modify copyright notices
- • Use the theme for illegal or harmful purposes
- • Claim ownership of the original theme design
Payments and Refunds
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our trusted partners:
- • Freemius (Primary payment processor)
- • PayPal (Alternative payment method)
- • Stripe (Credit card processing)
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all theme purchases. You are eligible for a full refund if:
- • The theme has major technical issues that cannot be resolved
- • The theme doesn't match the description or demo
- • You experience significant compatibility issues with WordPress
- • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- • Custom development or installation services
- • Themes purchased more than 14 days ago
- • Themes that have been modified significantly
- • Support extensions beyond the included period
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our themes or services for:
- • Illegal activities or content that violates local, national, or international law
- • Harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content
- • Adult content, gambling, or other age-restricted material

Compatibility: While we test our themes with current WordPress versions and popular plugins, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all hosting environments, plugins, or custom configurations.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOWThemes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- • Service interruptions or downtime
- • Third-party claims or damages
Our total liability for any claims related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Termination
By You
You may stop using our service at any time. If you have an active subscription, you can cancel it through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for:

- • Fraudulent or illegal activities
- • Abuse of our support system
- • Failure to pay fees when due
Effect of Termination
