How to Enable White Label Option
Method 1: WordPress Dashboard
Go to Theme Setup/Account
submenu in your WordPress dashboard
Method 2: Buyer Account
- Login to your Buyer Account
- Click on "Licenses"
- Select a license
- Check the box "This license is activated on my client(s) site(s)."
How to Disable White Label Option
Disable the Option
- Visit your Buyer Account
- Uncheck the box "This license is activated on my client(s) site(s)."
Sync Changes
It can take up to 24 hours for changes to propagate. To expedite:
- Go to your WordPress dashboard
- Visit:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=themename-account
- Replace "themename" with your actual theme name
- Click "Sync" when you see the sync option
Note: If you get "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page" error, make sure your theme license is activated first.
