How to Enable White Label Option

Method 1: WordPress Dashboard

Go to Theme Setup/Account submenu in your WordPress dashboard

Method 2: Buyer Account

  • Login to your Buyer Account
  • Click on "Licenses"
  • Select a license
  • Check the box "This license is activated on my client(s) site(s)."

How to Disable White Label Option

Disable the Option

  • Visit your Buyer Account
  • Uncheck the box "This license is activated on my client(s) site(s)."

Sync Changes

It can take up to 24 hours for changes to propagate. To expedite:

  • Go to your WordPress dashboard
  • Visit: wp-admin/admin.php?page=themename-account
  • Replace "themename" with your actual theme name
  • Click "Sync" when you see the sync option

Note: If you get "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page" error, make sure your theme license is activated first.
